Drako Romaniuk grew up between Manhattan & Miami. Educated in London, England, he worked in London salons, as well as on different magazine covers & photo shoots throughout Europe. Drako worked at the London, Berlin, Paris, & New York fashion shows through the 80`s, and then moved back to New York to work at the famous Girl Loves Boy in Soho. In 1992, he moved to Miami and worked at several Miami Beach salons including Ego Trip in South Beach before finally making his dream a reality by opening HAIRDRAGON SALON. He is certified with Socap extensions, and is an expert in bridal hair. Drako worked on location for the last 2 years at Miami Fashion Week with designers including: Rosa Cha, Becca, Shay Todd. He has provided hair styling to actress Eva Longoria and supermodel Veronica Webb.
Cary Sanchez- Geigel was educated at Robert Fiancé Hair Academy in New York City. She worked at Warren Tricomi , in Manhattan though 1993 until she moved to Miami. She worked at Portfolio Salon in Coral Gables, and then at Ego Trip Salon in South Beach before we finally convinced her to join us at HAIRDRAGON SALON. She is certified with Bio Ionic hair straightening, and is an expert in bridal hair and make up. Cary worked on location for the last 2 years at Miami Fashion Week with designers including: Rosa Cha, Becca, Shay Todd, and Victoria's Secret.
Gregory White, a sought-after hair colorist and hairstylist, began his career almost 15 years ago at Key Lime Pie Salon in Atlanta. Most recently, Gregory worked at Haircolorxperts in Ft. Lauderdale for four years. He is a Certified color expert, specializing in corrective color, and a talented hairstylist with experience ranging from cutting-edge styles to precision hair cuts to wedding up do’s. Gregory is also certified in Bio Ionic, Rusk Anti-curl and Q8 straightening systems, as well as Marcia Teixeira Keratin treatment. He is also certified by Ultratress , Balmain Paris, So Cap and 808/909 Beverly Hills hair extensions. He is a graduate of Mitchell's Academy in Raleigh, N.C. His well rounded skill-set is a great asset to the HAIRDRAGON team.
Robert Cartwright is a master colorist and stylist and is a graduate of Paul Mitchell Academy. A Chicago native, Robert began his professional career in 2002 at Dream Hair Salon in North Miami where he worked for six years. Robert was also a hair stylist at Univision Television Network in Miami. He then worked at SAMY Salon on South Beach and, during this time, he worked at several fashion shows, including Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2009 in Miami and for magazine shoots. In addition, Robert has styled several celebrities’ hair such as Hailey Duff, Christina Millian, Nick Zano, and Rachel Specter. He is certified by Redken in Color Connection and by Color Science in Advanced Mineral Makeup Application “Camouflage Techniques.” Robert is also certified by Ultra Tress extensions and by Paul Brown for thermal straightening. He is a great addition to the HAIRDRAGON SALON family.
Angela Carmona started her stylist career at DV8 Salon and then Sofi Salon on Miami Beach. Now at HAIRDRAGON SALON, her avant garde cutting and styling adds an additional dimension to the team. Certified with Socap extensions and worked on location at Miami's Fashion Week with top designers including Shay Todd.
Dee Spence, a graduate of Beauty School of America in Miami, has been in the industry for several years. Dee is an expert at sewn-in extensions, and precision haircuts. While working on fashion magazine, shoots, catalog photo shoots, advertising campaigns and runway fashion shows, she has had the opportunity to live and travel extensively to different countries and work with other top professionals in industry, now with Miami being her home, its her greatest pleasure to be a member of the amazing team of professionals at HAIR DRAGON SALON.
